Each attack releases a jagged time ripple — a burst of distorted gears and warped sound that makes the screen tremble slightly. A ghostly tick-tock echoes faintly as he moves, and blue-glow energy leaks from the cracks in his limbs, creating an eerie trail.

Delay and Disrupt: Combat Utility
