You have 24 hours from the time of your purchase to request a refund. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are only available for unclaimed products within our automated delivery system. Once a product has been claimed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund requests are processed within 3-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
This refund policy applies only to initial purchases. Subsequent purchases, including upgrades or add-ons, are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence or suspicion of policy abuse.
By agreeing to this policy, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to make this purchase. You also waive the right to dispute the transaction after agreeing to our terms.
